Our Commitment
Bistra is built for professional creators. We treat your data with the same level of respect and privacy as your creative intellectual property. We do not sell your personal information, and we use high-grade encryption to secure your cinematic assets.
1. Data Collection
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, such as your email address and profile preferences. We also collect usage data, including the prompts you enter into our AI engines and the media assets you generate, to improve the performance of our cinematic synthesis models.
2. AI Processing & Synthesis
Your inputs (text prompts and uploaded images) are processed by high-performance GPU clusters to generate cinematic content. While we store these inputs to facilitate your workflow, we do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers. Processing is done via secure APIs provided by our foundational model partners.
3. Data Security & Storage
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your generated video and image assets are stored in encrypted cloud storage (Amazon S3) and referenced via protected database entries. Access to your personal data is strictly limited to authorized personnel necessary for service maintenance.
4. Third-Party Integrations
If you choose to link your social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter), we only access the permissions necessary to publish content on your behalf. We do not store your third-party passwords. Your interactions are governed by the privacy policies of those respective platforms.
5. Your Rights & Choices
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can manage your generated assets directly through the Studio interface. To request a full account deletion and data purge, please contact our support team at legal@bistracontent.com.
